Which contracts does Bindalo read?
Purchase agreements and listing agreements as PDFs, along with counter offers and addenda uploaded together. Bindalo reads the language of the contract rather than a fixed form, so it isn't tied to one state's paperwork.
Do I have to trust what it reads?
No, and you shouldn't have to. Nothing is saved until you've reviewed it, every field can be edited, and each deadline shows the line of the contract it came from.
What if Bindalo can't find a date?
It tells you, and asks for it. If the acceptance date is missing, for example, you enter it once and every deadline that counts from it is worked out for you.
Does Bindalo use AI?
Yes, to read your contracts. AI pulls the dates, parties, money and terms out of your documents, then you review everything before it's saved. The AI provider Bindalo uses doesn't train its models on your documents.
Is my information secure?
